What is your refund policy?
For withdrawals received prior to the season start of April 28, 2025, a full refund will be given.
No refund will be given after the start of the program (April 28, 2025)
If a refund is requested due to medical reasons a refund will be considered. All considerations must be approved by the executive board.
When is the season? How long does it run?
The season starts on April 28th, 2025 and runs for 8 weeks to June 26th, 2025. Travel teams may start practicing earlier and provincials are usually later in July.
Do kids require cleats to play?
Shin pads and socks (to be worn over shin pads) are mandatory. Cleats are optional (No metal cleats allowed). Running shoes are fine.
The best shoes for soccer are those that have laces, they tend to stay on your feet when scoring goals.
Where are the practices held?
All U5, U7, U9, U11, U13 and U15 Practices/games are at the Penhold Hub Fields -- as of right now!! There is a possibility that we may have to move a few fields while the new school is under construction. Travel teams will have away games within Central Alberta. Divisions are being discussed by CASA now and will be decided shortly.
How big are the jerseys?
We are looking into a new provider for jerseys and will post more information as we get it!
Can I register a player outside of their age division?
For travel teams (U11 and up) players are allowed to move up an age division but are not allowed to move down.

Where can I park?
Limited parking is available in the parking lot to the east of the skatepark, additionally, parking is allowed on the grass along the snow fence beside the soccer field.
